We pick up and triage
First question is always the same: can you reach your shut-off valve? Most of the damage happens in the minutes before anyone arrives, so that part starts immediately.
Houston · 24 hours a day
You do not need to explain plumbing to us — just say what you can see. We will tell you what to shut off, then a licensed plumber heads to your address.
Point at the problem
Pick the closest one. Not sure? Call anyway — describing it out loud to a plumber takes thirty seconds and costs nothing.
Supply line, hose bib or slab leak. Shut-off, cut out the failed run, repipe, pressure test.
Dead heater, leaking tank, a pilot that will not hold. Repaired when sensible, replaced when not.
Kitchen, bath, laundry. Cabled or hydro-jetted, depending on what the camera actually finds.
Waste rising in a tub or floor drain means the main line. Camera first, then we clear it and show you the footage.
Water running somewhere you cannot see. Acoustic and pressure testing before anyone opens a wall.
If it holds water or drains water, it is ours.

First question is always the same: can you reach your shut-off valve? Most of the damage happens in the minutes before anyone arrives, so that part starts immediately.
You get a name and an arrival window, not a four-hour guess. Inside our Houston radius the target is sixty minutes.
Diagnosis on site, then a fixed number before anything is opened up. If you say no, you pay the call-out and nothing else.
No surprises
Priced per job, never per hour. These are the figures the operator supplied for this page and they must be confirmed before it goes live for real.
Card and tap-to-pay on site. Payment after the work, once you have seen it.
Where the trucks go
Dispatch runs from Houston out to about 25 miles. Past that we will still answer and tell you straight whether we can be useful or whether you need somebody closer.
Office hours Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
Emergency line always
Asked at 2 a.m.
$139 after hours. That covers travel and diagnosis on site. Repair is quoted separately and you agree to it before it starts.
Yes to both. That is when most burst pipes get discovered, so that is when the line matters most.
Card, tap-to-pay and check, all on site, all after the job is done.
Find the shut-off valve and close it. Keep water off electrics. We will walk you through both on the phone.
Texas Master Plumber licence M-00000 (demo), liability cover $1M general liability (demo). Ask to see both on site — anyone who will not show you is the wrong plumber.
If it is not urgent
For anything that is not actively flooding. Answered in the order they arrive.
Actively leaking right now? Skip this and call (713) 555-0142. The phone always beats the form.
